With over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment, complex financial modeling, due diligence, change management, ERP implementations and more, Nikole brings a well-rounded vision to Hill York’s financial goals.
Nikole has held roles of continually increasing responsibility for a variety of companies in both the manufacturing and service industries.
Just prior to joining Hill York, she was the Director of Finance for The Imagine Group, LLC. In this role, Nikole was a key member of the leadership team who drove growth and margin expansion for the company. Additionally, she analyzed sales, developed forecasts, ensured accurate cost reporting, and recommended ways to reduce costs, improve quality, and create efficiencies. Known for cultivating excellent collaboration across all facets of the business, Nikole is highly adept at translating data into meaningful insights.
Nikole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Quinnipiac University, and participated in the Danaher Business Systems Leadership orientation program. She also participated in the United Technologies Corporation (UTC) leadership development program and is a UTC Achieving Competitive Excellence associate.
The Personal Side
In her free time, Nikole enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She has lived in England and traveled to twenty foreign nations.
