Todd is responsible for managing all aspects of the division, focusing on sales growth and service execution. He supervises project managers, superintendents, and construction and retro field personnel, including the fabrication shop, and is highly involved in estimating and cost management from the bidding phase through execution and closeout.

Todd started his career by graduating out of the Local 725 apprenticeship program. He has worked at Hill York for 25 years, with experience as a foreman, superintendent, and general manager.
His project experience includes high rise hotels, condominiums, higher education, and central energy plants.
