Joe’s responsibilities include developing and executing financial and operational goals and plans, contributing to strategic planning, tracking key performance indicators, capital management, and collaborating with the executive board. He also oversees accounting, manages cash flow, and provides insights to help support project profitability and company growth.
Leveraging his extensive knowledge of lean principles, Joe is always striving for continuous improvement and increased efficiency.
Joe brings an extensive background in finance with diverse talents in operations, technology, sales, general management, and leadership.
For more than a decade, Joe worked at General Motors, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility in their finance department. He helped redesign and implement new financial planning and reporting systems while working with company leadership on long-range profit plans.
Prior to joining Hill York, Joe spent significant time at Lennox International leading global business planning and analysis, supporting investor relations reporting, and serving as unit CFO for three Lennox business units. His work helped the organization reduce structural costs, significantly improve margins, and promote sales growth.
