Austin oversees all service and maintenance for Hill York’s Tampa and Melbourne markets. He works closely with the construction and retrofit team, providing support for their projects and assisting with mechanical startups, installations, and more.
Currently, Austin leads a team of four supervisors and 25 service technicians. All of his efforts are dedicated to helping that team deliver outstanding service to promote the growth and health of the organization.
Expertise
Austin has been working in the HVAC industry for nearly three decades. In that time, he has held a variety of field and management roles, including serving Hill York as a Service Technician and Field Supervisor before attaining his current position.
Austin completed his five-year apprenticeship program with Steamfitters UA Local 602 in Washington, DC. Additionally, he holds a number of industry accreditations, including OSHA 30, Universal EPA Certification, and a number of certifications covering leading HVAC manufacturers and controls technologies.
The Personal Side
Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling, trying out new restaurants, and golfing.
