Josh leads the South Florida HVAC service department and is fully responsible for profitability, operational performance, customer satisfaction, safety, and strategic growth. He directs and develops the South Florida service team, while improving operations and collaborating with sales and operations teams to expand the service portfolio and deliver best-in-class solutions.
Expertise
Josh began his career in operations at Children of America as an operations analyst in 2004. He moved up to operations manager and then vice president of operations in 2008, overseeing customer service, sales, marketing, billing, payroll, collections, and enrollment functions. He directed the corporate operations team and helped develop a proprietary enterprise platform that improved operational visibility, customer acquisition, and business performance across the organization.
He became Director of Operations at Lennox’s National Accounts Services department in 2017, where he led HVAC service operations and drove operational excellence, financial performance, workforce development, and customer service across over 40 locations.
In 2021, he was promoted to Director of Business Development at Lennox, where he led transformation initiatives that enhanced customer satisfaction, streamlined operations, and increased organizational scalability.
Josh has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in communications from Flagler College.
The Personal Side
He enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys and stays active by coaching their baseball and soccer teams. He also enjoys playing golf and watching sports.
