In his role as Vice President of Service Sales, Gesus leads, trains, mentors, and oversees the sales team for all Hill York Service Company offices. Leading by example, he helps with new business acquisition, growth, and customer retention. He also helps ensure business and customer relations goals are met to deliver exceptional service.

Expertise

Gesus joined Hill York in 2010 and served as HVAC Account Manager, Area Manager, and Manager - Building Services prior to taking on his role as Director of Sales in 2016. He offers a wealth of experience generating new business, developing strong sales teams, and building client relationships for more than 25 years.

Prior to joining Hill York, Gesus was Sales Manager for Home Depot’s Home Services for all locations in Broward County, Florida. There, he oversaw sales staff in multiple stores, worked with district managers to develop marketing strategies, increased sales closings, exceeded quotas, and trained new sales representatives. 

He has also served as Sales Manager for Sears Home Improvement Products, where he managed more than 25 sales representatives, oversaw the product installation crew, and increased the sales closing rate.

Prior to his Sales Manager roles, Gesus was a Business Development Representative for Webaccess International, selling colocation and data center services throughout the eastern U.S. Additionally, before joining Webaccess, Gesus served as Sales Manager for an insurance corporation where he managed and trained a sales force of 80 agents.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in business marketing from the University of Phoenix.

The Personal Side

In his personal time, Gesus enjoys spending time with family, being in the ocean or pool, or working on his latest DIY project. As a Miami native, Gesus also enjoys collecting vintage pictures of South Florida.
