In his role as a leader for our engineering and pre-construction services team, John oversees all engineering considerations for design-build projects. These include HVAC load and fluid calculations, energy surveys, and energy payback calculations for our Energy Solutions Group retrofit projects.
John and his team work closely with our sales team, project managers, and estimators to create unique, cost-effective, and energy-saving engineering solutions.
Expertise
John has been in the HVAC business for over 30 years and has been with Hill York Service Company since 1988. He has an Associate of Science degree from Broward College in air conditioning and refrigeration technology, and is a LEED® Accredited Professional.

In his free time, John is an avid Mets baseball fan.
