The MCASF Safety Excellence Award recognizes outstanding safety performance from the Association’s contractor members and their skilled union employees. The Award seeks to promote continuous improvement of the region’s health and workplace safety by celebrating the organizations that achieve leading safety metrics each year.
2023
Created in 2006 by USF Safety Florida, the Sunshine State Safety Recognition Award commends Florida's employers and employees in all industries who proactively and routinely engage in job safety, honoring the implementation of sound safety initiatives that help better protect employees on the job.
Ryan Companies presents this award annually to the subcontractor collaborator who best exemplifies safety excellence that year. The criteria accounts for program enforcement, compliance with Ryan and OSHA regulations, creative safety solutions, total project safety participation, and minimal lost time injuries.
2025
The EMCOR Safety Excellence Awards are presented annually to one EMCOR operating company in each of the organization’s three divisions. They highlight excellence in safety program design, execution, and overall safety performance, as well as commitments to EMCOR’s “Mission First, People Always” values.
